Butchery,


Andrew Sharp has been involved in farming and the meat trade most of his life. With his considerable experience as a  butcher and food campaigner, Andrew has for several years been an advisor to His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales on his Mutton Renaissance Campaign.

It has been an overriding life's obsession for Andrew to understand the whole of the food chain, from spam to the best air dried ham. Whether it is pigs, cattle or sheep, Andrew has gained an insight into most aspects of this knowledge.
