Dan has over 20 years of experience in the food and drink industry, and has spent the last 5 years in charge of product development for Belvoir Fruit Farms.

Dan is a champion of natural ingredients and prefers to let the flavour of freshly picked fruit speak for itself. He spends hours scouring hedgerows in the autumn for the best quality sloes, rosehips and elderberries, and throughout the early summer months he's in charge of quality control of the incoming elderflowers that make the Belvoir’s award-winning elderflower cordial.

Prior to working with soft drinks, Dan was the Quality Control manager for a well known brand of sausages as well as the ‘man from Del Monte' for a large company who produce salads.

Dan lives in Nottinghamshire with his wife, two children, four cats and far too many chickens.
