Elspeth was raised in the Yorkshire Dales and her love of rural life was the inspiration behind her critically-acclaimed company Rosebud Preserves.

In 1989 Elspeth began selling jams and chutneys at agricultural shows, which she produced from family recipes.

Over the following twenty years Elspeth has transformed the business from an initial idea into a multi award winning brand.

Rosebud now produces more than fifty sweet and savoury preserves, from their base in North Yorkshire. The commitment by Elspeth to use locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce wherever possible has created a loyal fan base across the world.
