Kate Hill

Butchery,

Kate is a published author and culinary professional with 30 years worth of experience in the food industry.

As a recognised French butchery and charcuterie expert, Kate teaches workshops internationally as well as a series of programmes from her home in south-west France, where she has close relationships with Gascony’s thriving food community of butchers, bakers and Armagnac-makers.  

Kate has worked as a consultant for the BBC’s French Odyssey series with Rick Stein, which was filmed at her French Kitchen-at-Camont, and has been featured in press articles and magazines around the world.
