Michelle Roper-Shaw

Preserves & Pickling

Michelle was born in rural Lincolnshire, and gave up her day job to found Glenroyd Organics in 2007 producing organic jams, marmalades and chutneys from her home kitchen in South Yorkshire.

Over the past few years several of Michelle’s products have been commended in the Soil Association Organic Food Awards, and her wide range of preserves are available in farm shops and delis throughout Yorkshire, direct from Michelle’s website, as well as to buy in restaurants across London and through an organic box scheme.

Michelle continues to make her products by hand in small batches using organic fruit and vegetables as they become available during the seasons.
