Michelle Roper-Shaw

Preserves and Pickling,

Michelle founded Glenroyd Organics in 2007 and  produces organic jams, marmalades and chutneys from her home kitchen.

Over the past few years several of Michelle’s products have been commended in the Soil Association Organic Food Awards, and her wide range of preserves are available in farm shops and delis throughout Yorkshire, direct from Michelle’s website, as well as to buy in restaurants across London and through organic box schemes.

Michelle continues to make her products by hand in small batches using organic fruit and vegetables as they become available during the seasons.couriers his produce all over the country serving everything from small village delis to Michelin star chefs.
