Pammy is a poultry expert with numerous awards to her name alongside the accolade of Organic Business Person of the year. Pammy owns and manages Providence Farm in Devon, where she keeps chickens, ducks and geese.

Over the years she has shared her vast expertise with Jamie Oliver and Hugh Fearnly-Whittingstall, regularly appearing in the media to share her knowledge, as well as championing sustainable farming and animal welfare.

Pammy regularly travels around the UK hosting poultry keeping courses and presenting demonstrations at food fairs and festivals.
