Ross Sneddon

Chocolate

Ross is one of Scotland’s finest pastry chefs and chocolatiers, with over 14 years of award-winning international experience in the food industry.

 

At the age of 23, Ross made the move to America and became the head pastry chef at the famous five-star, five-diamond Emerson Inn and Spa Hotel in New York. He stayed in the US for two years before returning to his beloved homeland of Edinburgh.

 

Back on Scottish soil, Ross worked as head pastry chef for the Michelin-stared restaurant, Number One.

 

After four successful years in his native Scotland and an Acorn Award, Ross embarked on a new challenge and is currently developing new products for a major chocolate producer.
