Ross Sneddon


Ross is one of Scotland’s leading pastry chefs and chocolatiers, with 16 years of award-winning experience in the industry.

Ross has worked as Head Pastry Chef in five star hotels, both nationally and internationally, including six years in Michelin starred establishments. He is an Acorn Award winner and a gold medallist across a range of competition categories including chocolates and desserts. Ross is a former British Dessert of the Year winner and enjoys being invited back as a judge.

Ross is now in product development. Having started at the UK’s largest chocolate company, he is now Executive Pastry Chef for Haydens Bakeries, where he is responsible for the innovation and development of new products for the country’s premium food retailers.all village delis to Michelin star chefs.
