A cheese technologist with almost fifty years experience in the dairy industry, Val has shared her knowledge and expertise with cheesemakers around the world.

Val has been integral in researching dairy techniques as well as developing and rejuvenating artisan cheeses in the UK and beyond, and now manages her own consultancy business.

As a well respected name in the industry, and a regular judge at food competitions, Val’s services to the dairy industry have been recognised with a whole host of awards including the British Cheese Board’s prestigious Cheese Industry Award.
