The exciting new School of Artisan Food is opening in the Autumn of 2009. This is the only school in the UK to offer degree level courses in Artisan Food practice and theory, as well as offering a wide range of short courses. Set within a Grade II listed building on a large working estate in North Nottinghamshire, the school is part of a growing artisan food community which includes the Welbeck Bakehouse, The Welbeck Farm Shop and Stichelton Cheese.
