Could you teach at the School of Artisan Food?

The School of Artisan Food is growing, our range of short courses are expanding and our full-time programmes are now well underway. 

To help support our growth, we would like to hear from skilled and experienced professionals from the artisan food world who would like to teach and pass on their knowledge and skills.

If you have a detailed understanding of artisan food, how it is made, the processes involved, and you also have a highly developed technical skill then we want to hear from you. We are interested in hearing from people from all sectors of the artisan food industry, but we are especially keen to hear from people with extensive experience of:

  • Baking
  • Butchery
  • Charcuterie
  • Dairy (cheese and non-cheese)
  • Patisserie
