Using seasonal ingredients learn how simple it is to create delicious preserves that can be stored in the larder, to be enjoyed throughout the winter.
On this course you will make:
- Apple, pear and plum chutney
- Apple and herb jelly
- Pickled plums
- Pear and vanilla jam
This course includes light refreshments and an informal lunch.
