Join us on this three day course which aims to help you decide whether starting a brewery is for you.
During the first two days you will attend a series of demonstrations and hands-on sessions that will take you through the process of brewing. You will also explore brewing business opportunities.
On the third day, you will visit several local breweries to view different options and ways of brewing. In the final session, you will be introduced to the range of flavours and off-flavours found in beer.
