Introduction to Artisan Baking
If you’ve ever wished you could make your own bread, this is the course for you. Bake your way to success as you learn all about ingredients, kneading, proofing and shaping.
Master Baker Emmanuel Hadjiandreou will guide you through this hands-on practical day, which is dedicated to learning every stage of the artisan baking process.
No prior baking experience is necessary; just enthusiasm and a desire to make real bread! Emmanuel will discuss the importance of ingredients and explain the journey from flour to finished loaf, as you create white, wholemeal and malt house breads to take home and enjoy.
This course includes light refreshments and lunch.
