Introduction to Artisan Chocolate Making
Satisfy that sweet tooth and discover a new level of luxury as you master the art of producing your own artisan treats.
This course is for anyone with a desire for real chocolate, and who has a passion for all things cacao.
Under the guidance of our chocolatier extraordinaire, Ross Sneddon, explore the attributes of various beans and discover how to introduce both sweet and savoury flavours.
This hands-on day will begin with a chocolate tasting and an overview of various chocolate making techniques. You will learn the importance of tempering and how this is completed as you create a range of products including:
- Chocolate bars
- Moulded chocolates
- Truffles
- Ganache
Everything that is made is available to take home.
This course includes light refreshments and lunch.
All ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided by the School.
