Explore every aspect of the bread-making process with the help of our expert baker Emmanuel Hadjiandreou, as you create your very own taste of the Mediterranean.

Learn how to make an authentic ciabatta, personalise your own focaccia, produce pagnotta, bake semolina bread and discover how to make grissini.

This course includes light refreshments and lunch.

All ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided by the School.
