On this one-day practical course you will produce strawberry conserve, gooseberry and elderflower jam, sweet cucumber pickle and a seasonal fruit vinegar.
This hands-on course is ideal for those growing their own fruit and vegetables or for anyone wanting to add a new dimension to mealtimes.
All ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided by the School.
This course includes light refreshments and an informal lunch.
