Italian Baking and Artisan Pizza Making

Join Master Baker Emmanuel Hadjiandreou as you produce your own selection of loaves and handmade pizza and learn why hand-crafted bread is the cornerstone of Italian cuisine.

During this specialist course you will bake authentic ciabatta, focaccia and delicious pizza dough, as you discover how to create the signature flavour of our favourite Italian breads.

This course includes light refreshments and lunch.

All ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided by the School.

I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Apparently this was the first time this course had been run. It all moved along at a brisk pace but still with time to ask questions.
