The Christmas Cheeseboard

Discover the best of seasonal British cheese with our Christmas cheese tasting evening.

Join Lee-Anna Rennie, the School’s Dairy Co-ordinator over a glass of mulled wine as she talks you though a unique Christmas cheeseboard, championing small British artisan cheesemakers.

During the evening you will be able to sample a selection of cheeses perfect for your Christmas cheeseboard, as well as pick up some recipe ideas for any leftovers you may have.

Lee-Anna will talk you through the key points of each cheese plus giving you the inside information into the people who make them and explaining just why they taste so good at this time of year.

Cheeses tasted on this course may be produced with raw milk and animal rennet.

This course includes light refreshments only.

All ingredients, equipment are provided by the School.
