Get an in-depth view of wild yeast bread-making techniques. All you need to make amazing bread is flour, water, time for the wild yeasts to develop and an understanding of the process. Emmanuel will teach you the principles of bread making: ingredients, fermentation, mixing, proving and baking.

This is a hands-on course where you learn to make a variety of hand-crafted artisan breads using different types of flour, seeds, grains and fruit

You will learn the importance of ingredients, equipment and time keeping.
