The Great Cheeses of the World

Charles de Gaulle once complained 'How can you govern a country which has 246 varieties of cheese?’ If only he could join us here at The School of Artisan Food...

Led by one of the UK’s finest cheesemongers, be taken on a journey of discovery, and sample the world’s finest cheeses. Experience all the rich diversity of goat’s cheese, mountain behemoths, ancient sheep’s cheese and rich creamy blues, to name but a few. From the type of milk to the length of maturation, cheeses are a product of their environment. This course will guide students through the production process and explore factors affecting each of the world’s great cheeses. A must for any cheese lover worthy of the name.
