Join award-winning baker Emmanuel Hadjiandreou on this one-day practical baking course and discover how to bake your own selection of French, Italian and German inspired products.

Emmanuel has worked in artisan bakeries throughout Europe and will share his decades of experience as he helps you bake French fougasse, Italian grissini and German sunflower rye bread.

This course includes light refreshments and lunch.

All ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided by the School.
