Entrance Requirements

Duration

Diploma in Artisan Food Production

The diploma is a two year programme (full time) or up to four years (part time, modular). Flexible learning options may be available depending on your module choices and these can be discussed at interview.


Minimum Entry Requirements

Selection for our diploma programme(s) is based primarily on your application form and interview. We welcome applications from people of any age. We may be flexible in our normal offer if you can show a commitment to succeed and have the relevant skills and experience.

Our typical entrance requirements are:

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English

and

  • A reasonable standard of post school education, this can include A-Levels, NVQs (level 3+), GNVQs, BTEC qualifications. In general, your education should be equivalent to 200 UCAS points

All classes and assessments are in English. If English is not your first language, you will need an IELTS score of 6.0 or above.
