Once upon a time John Craven, Jules Hudson and a BBC camera crew embarked on a journey to discover real bread.
The search took them far and wide and they battled against many a second-rate loaf. But, the quest was not in vain and they found their way to the Welbeck Estate.
After enjoying a visit to the Welbeck Farm Shop the presenters and cameras joined the School of Artisan Food for a baking class, in the impressive surroundings of the Welbeck Bakehouse.
The baking adventure unfolded as the School appeared on the new BBC 2 series, Britain's Heritage Heroes.
After a busy day of baking Jules, John and the crew packed up their cameras (and their many loaves) and left happy in the knowledge that they're now official bread heads.
