Our student bakers, butchers and cheesemakers have just returned from a fortnight of work placements, and are now gearing up for their final advanced diploma assessments.
What have we been doing in the meantime? As well as a packed schedule of short courses we took to the road and set up camp at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.
The RHS (very kindly) invited us along to headline a new food section and lead a series of demonstrations and workshops for the show's 150’000 visitors.
A troop of tutors, graduates and current full-time students hosted bread baking sessions, butchery workshops, chocolate master classes, cheese tastings, cider brewing demos and much more!
