And they're off… the class of 2012 have started their full-time studies.
As part of our 'Introducing…' series we'd like you to meet our new advanced diploma students.
This year the focus is on bread. And, after a busy week of induction activities - where we all got to know each other a little better - along with a series of cheesemaking, butchery and food business classes, we are now ready and raring to go with a year of baking.
