COVID -19 - Statement
We are pleased to confirm there are currently no incidents of COVID -19 at The School of Artisan Food. (updated 12/03/20)
The School of Artisan Food is adhering to the strictest of W.H.O guidance and the protocols advised by local and national authorities. Until such time the British government advise us otherwise, we will remain open for business as normal and look forward to welcoming people to The School of Artisan Food.
In light of recent reports regarding coronavirus (COVID -19), we have reviewed our processes and have increased our cleaning regime schedules and introduced additional hand sanitisers around all areas of the building, increasing visible hand cleaning protocols near all facilities to assist our staff, students and visitors.
We are confident that, as an organisation within the food profession, we already follow strict hygiene regulations. Visitors can be assured that we will continue to maintain our high standards of hygiene practice. We will also be taking extra precautionary steps where we can to ensure there’s no cause for concern.
We can confirm that our terms and conditions are clear and that we are unable to provide refunds for pre-booked courses. If cancellation is for personal self-isolative reasons we would be more than happy to transfer short course bookings to a future date.
If an individual is in receipt of a positive COVID -19 diagnosis or individuals are in a state of self-isolation they must contact the School immediately via [email protected].
We will be following developments on a
daily basis with intense scrutiny.
