Over the last year we’ve been busy creating brand-new versatile training rooms at The School of Artisan Food for teaching artisan food skills to a new generation of food producers.
To compliment our baking, butchery and cheesemaking facilities we’re delighted to announce we’ve completed a new suite of training rooms.
What was once storage space in our historic grade II listed home has been sympathetically transformed into a state-of-the-art training space for budding bakers and pâtissiers.
The new
training rooms were built thanks to the generous support of The Barbara Curtis
Charitable Trust as well as being part funded by the European Agricultural Fund
for Rural Development.
Watch this space for further updates and more photos of our stunning new facilities.
