We’ve helped chocolatiers, cheesemakers, butchers and charcutiers, fermenters, pickle and jam makers, drinks producers and pop-ups and a supper club provider. A large number of people attending this course have gone on to run successful businesses across the UK and abroad – see the case studies below.

Refreshments will be available across the two days, including buffet-style lunches prepared by our team of artisan chefs.

Don’t take our word for it. A large number of people attending this course have already gone on to run successful businesses across the UK and abroad:

Sara Percevicius successfully launched her new business, The Bake Lab, in 2016. She said "I found the business classes run by Yvonne O’Donovan so helpful. She’s very good at planting the seeds that turn into original ideas for your own business. The work placements the School organised were great. I still use the ideas and experience I picked up during my placements in my baking now.”  Read Sara's full story here.
