Would you like to upgrade your patisserie skills? Join this five-day hands-on course and learn all you need know about crafting beautiful patisserie.

Under the guidance of award-winning pastry chef and chocolatier Ross Sneddon, you will learn how to produce seven individual modern and classic pastries using only the finest grand Cru Chocolates.

Over five days you will produce a range of products, covering the below:

  • Macarons
  • Tarts
  • Layered Pastries
  • Delicate Cakes
  • Entrement
  • Gateau


All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided on the day.

The School of Artisan Food makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. We encourage students to bring their own containers to transport their food home.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day, as well as a buffet style lunch prepared by our team of chefs.
