With the expert guidance of multi-award-winning pastry chef and chocolatier Ross Sneddon, you will learn the fundamental techniques, from tempering chocolate to decoration, to make beautiful patisserie.

Throughout this course you will produce a range of captivating products which will may include:

  • Tarts


Each are given a modern twist and use only the finest grand Cru Chocolates.

The School of Artisan Food makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. We welcome students to bring their own containers to transport their food home.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day, as well as lunch prepared by our in-house hospitality team. All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
