We are looking forward to welcoming you back to the school from 17th May.

We've put in place some new measures. Please read our current guidance. Please note this is based on latest GOV guidance and may change. We will keep you updated of any changes.

LATERAL FLOW TEST BEFORE ARRIVAL: We recommend and request that all course attendees complete a covid lateral flow test within 24 hours of attending the school.

DO NOT TRAVEL: Please do not visit the School if you have recently travelled from a country on the UK quarantine list, and are within your 14 day quarantine period. If you or anyone in your household/workplace are showing symptoms of Covid 19 or you have received a positive lateral flow test result, please contact us directly regarding your booking.

TEST AND TRACE: On arrival there will be the opportunity to scan our NHS track and trace QR code in reception. This is not mandatory.

FACE COVERINGS: A face mask is required during the hands-on elements of the course. If you are unable to wear a face mask please let us know by emailing info@schoolofartisanfood.org. There will be regular breaks, when masks can be removed.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: The School of Artisan Food is adhering to social distancing measures. Distancing of 2 metres is to be observed wherever possible. In training rooms, 1 metre plus distancing as a minimum, is in place.

SANTISER STATIONS: New sanitiser stations are placed throughout The School of Artisan Food. Please sanitise your hands on arrival and feel free to make use of the stations during your course. Regular hand-washing will also be required and is encouraged.

REFRESHMENTS: Refreshments will be available upon arrival. We encourage you to bring your own flasks, travel mugs and water bottles. A light lunch-pack per individual will be provided by The School of Artisan Food.

DESIGNATED WORK STATIONS: A designated workstation will be allocated for the duration of the course. There will be access to individual equipment – on the occasion where this is not possible, the equipment will be sanitised between each use.

INCREASED CLEANING: The School of Artisan Food has increased cleaning and hygiene protocols, with regular cleaning of communal areas and touchpoints, including bathrooms.

FRESH AIR: The School of Artisan Food will be maximising the flow of fresh air by opening doors and windows. We recommend bringing another layer of clothing.
