Shelly’s work has been recognised by the highly prestigious Academy of Chocolate Awards and The International Chocolate Awards scooping Gold and Silver Awards for her unique, botanical-inspired flavours. She is also a food writer and member of The Guild of Fine Chocolate and The Academy of Chocolate.
