Shelly will share her in-depth knowledge of the industry and a range of advanced techniques and reciped.
Exploring the journey from bean-to-bar, you will complete a series of hands-on masterclasses, tastings and discussions which will provide you with the ability to create your own flavours, shapes and decoration.
A wide range of chocolate and confectionary will be produced, all of which is available to take home.
In addition to the practical elements, this course will explore the business of artisan chocolate making and consider a range of chocolate companies, ingredient suppliers and equipment manufacturers.
