Join Lindy Wildsmith for this hands-on day and discover the secret behind making your own artisan drinks.

During the day you will produce a range of drinks including:

  • Grenadine syrup
  • Ginger and galangal cordial
  • Siroppo di arancia
  • Cranberry rum
  • Venetian egg nog

This course includes light refreshments and lunch. All ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided by the School.
