Artisan Pasta Making

Celebrate the best seasonal produce that early spring has to offer with distinguished proponent of the great classical tradition of Italian cooking, Valentina Harris. Discover how to make your own fresh pasta and a delicious selection of authentic sauces under her expert guidance.

This hands-on course will provide you with the confidence and skills to be making pasta whenever you want to. Buon Appetito!

During the course you will produce:

  • La Sfoglia (Making fresh pasta)
  • Pasta e carciofi (Pasta with artichokes)
  • Tagliatelle con le fave al pomodoro (Tagliatelle with broad beans and tomatoes)
  • Tagliolini all’arancia (Tagliolini with orange)
  • Tagliolini al limone (Tagliolini with lemon)
  • Ravioloni rosa (Giant ravioli with beetroot and mascarpone)

The pasta made during the day will be served as a late lunch. Refreshments will be served on arrival and throughout the day.

A selection of pasta will be available for students to take home.

All ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided by the school.
