Take your patisserie skills to the next level with this practical two-day course dedicated to creating delicious and visually-captivating chocolate patisserie.

During this two-day course, you will learn the techniques to make the necessary components of beautiful looking and tasting patisserie, including:

  • Sable pastry
  • Sponges
  • Dacquoise
  • Perfect ganache and praline
  • Curds, caramels, mousses and jellies
  • Tempering chocolate
  • Chocolate decoration

You will also create a selection of high-end patisserie products, which may include:

  • Classic tarte au chocolat
  • White chocolate and passion fruit entrement
  • Baked cherry and Amaretto torte
  • Chocolate, hazelnut and caramel entrement

Refreshments will be available throughout the day, as well as a buffet style lunch prepared by our team of chefs. All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
