Take your patisserie skills to the next level with this practical course dedicated to creating delicious chocolate patisserie.

With the expert guidance of multi-award-winning pastry chef and chocolatier Ross Sneddon, you will learn the fundamental techniques, from tempering chocolate to decoration, to make beautiful patisserie.

Throughout this course you will produce a range of captivating products including:

  • Chocolate gateaux with caramelised white chocolate
  • Mousse au chocolat with kirsch
  • Tarte au chocolat with salted caramel
  • Possibly, the most delicious hot chocolate with spiced chantilly

Refreshments will be available throughout the day, as well as a buffet style lunch prepared by our team of chefs. All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
