Christmas is an ideal time to explore our food and baking traditions. Spend the day baking a selection of festive favourites, taught by our stellar baking tutor, award-winning author Emmanuel Hadjiandreou. Master puff pastry and discover how to make your own marzipan and enriched doughs.

On this course you will produce and take home:

  • German inspired stollen
  • A modern twist on the traditional mince pie

This course includes light refreshments and lunch
