Christmas Baking for Children

On the run up to Christmas why not keep children busy and with an afternoon of festive baking? It's a great way for youngsters to develop their love of food, get creative and build confidence in the kitchen.

We invite children aged 8 - 15 to join us for a half day (afternoon) of hands on festive baking. Our friendly team will be on hand to encourage children to explore their sense of taste, smell and touch, express their creativity and learn about the true provenance of food.

Children will make:

  • Gingerbread biscuits which they will decorate with icing to make delicious tree decorations
  • Sweet or savoury treats from homemade puff pastry

This is a great opportunity for youngsters to make new friends and have fun.

The goodies made on the day will be enjoyed at the School or taken home.
