Join experienced and knowledgeable patissière and chocolatière Shelly Preston for a fun and engaging day as she shares her secrets to making luxurious chocolate and confectionery.
This fantastic day will begin with a chocolate tasting and an overview of various chocolate and confectionery making techniques. You will learn the importance of tempering and how this is completed as you work in pairs to create a range of products including:
The course takes place two weeks before Easter weekend, giving you plenty of practice time for your delicious chocolates!
Each delicious product you make will be available to take home.
Refreshments will be available on arrival and throughout the day as well as an informal buffet lunch. All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
