Join us for the annual Food & Drink Festival at Clumber Park, a National Trust Property in Nottinghamshire.
Laurence Fourdrignier will teach you the benefits of lactofermentation and the process of pickling and preserving. You will then get to make your very own jar of seasonal preserved vegetables to take home and enjoy.
This hands-on session will last approximately 30-45 minutes
