We are delighted to announce that world-famous expert Sandor Katz will be giving a fermentation masterclass at The School of Artisan Food on September 18th.
The School has always been interested in fermentation and we are thrilled that Sandor has agreed to come and share some of his considerable knowledge. His new book The Art of Fermentation is already acclaimed as the definitive work on the subject, and he will be combining his practical and theoretical skills and vast experience to inspire and teach our students.
Sandor’s books have been the catalyst for a spectacular revival in, and appetite for, fermented foods; their cultural heritage, health benefits and intriguing tastes.
Originally a self-taught experimentalist, the New York Times has called Sandor, “One of the unlikely rock stars of the American food scene.”
There are limited spaces available for this very special opportunity, so book early to avoid disappointment!
Refreshments and lunch are included in the course fee.
This masterclass is part of our 10th anniversary celebrations.
