Together, we will cover historic British cheeses, as well as cheeses from further afield. There will be an insight into the stories behind the cheeses, how and when we eat them, and a chance to taste a festive selection of cheeses as a group.

The evening session covers:

  • Different cheeseboard ideas.
  • Drink pairings and accompaniments.
  • Historical cheeses and cheeseboard traditions.
  • Festive cheeseboard and accompaniments to taste.

Cheeses tasted on this course may be produced with raw milk and animal rennet, please contact us for details.
