Christmas is the perfect time of year to share home-made food with family and friends. Discover how to create some classic festive favourites for the Christmas table at home with this hands-on, one-day course.
Guided by our artisan butchery tutor, Chris Moorby, you’ll learn the practical skills needed to ensure you have festive food and Christmas dinner all wrapped up.
During the day, you will learn how to create a selection of produce to take home including:
• Turkey roulade with pistachio stuffing
• Smoked salmon
• Traditional hand raised pie
• Roast gammon joint
• Proper pork scratchings
• Game terrine
Throughout your course you will make a range of delicious products to take home. Here at the School we encourage you to bring your own food containers and cool bag as we do our bit to reduce waste and packaging.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day, as well as a buffet style lunch prepared by our team of chefs. All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
