Join us this Christmas for a one-day, hands-on class, and make your very own range of artisan chocolates.

During this festive edition of our popular chocolate making class you will gain the skills, confidence and knowledge to be able to satisfy your sweet tooth and create delicious home-made treats.

With the expert guidance of Mick Burke, you will learn professional techniques as you produce a selection of chocolates with a special seasonal twist, including:

• Chocolate bars

• Truffles

• Ganache

• Salted caramel pralines

Everything you make will be available for you to take home. The School of Artisan Food makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. Students are welcome to bring their own containers to transport their food home. Learn more here ...

Refreshments will be available throughout the day, as well as a buffet style lunch prepared by our team of chefs.

All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
