Considered as one of the UK’s top foraging and wild food experts, James' mission is to share his knowledge and show people that wild food is something we can all forage, prepare and enjoy.
During this evening demonstration, James will share his vast experience and knowledge alongside recipe inspiration to maximise each season’s unique flavours and wild produce. He will showcase his favourite ingredients, provide foraging advice and share his top tips on where to find ingredients, as well as teach you how to transform simple foraged produce in to show-stopping meals.
He will also illuminate the secret to a forager’s sixth sense for finding amazing ingredients, plants and fungi.
The School of Artisan Food is nestled in the heart of Sherwood Forest on The Welbeck Estate, Nottinghamshire, just a few minutes from the A1 and M1.
