Delve into the wonderful world of patisserie with this intensive two-day baking course, led by our French Master Baker Mickael Jahan. You’ll learn how to create both traditional tarts and patisserie and contemporary classics, as Mickael shares the skills and expertise gained during more than 20 years of hand-crafted baking in France and England.
The first day of the course will focus on the skills needed to master a range of homemade pastry-making techniques. You’ll then learn how to create a variety of sweet fillings, how to decorate your tarts and patisserie with precision and how to bake them to perfection. By the end of the course you will have the skills, knowledge and confidence to produce a selection of patisserie at home.
