Gluten Free Baking


No need for you or your friends and family to miss out on delicious baking after you experience Graham and Rose Dunton's wonderful gluten-free recipes.

Exciting flavours and re-worked versions of traditional favourites will ensure that your bakes are enticing and have people asking for more!

A range of gluten-free dishes will be made during the day, including:

  • Salted caramel brownie tart
  • Almond pistachio and raspberry friand
  • Mediterranean savoury scone
  • Tangy Swiss cheese tart

All the products you make will be eaten at the School or available for you to take home to enjoy.

An informal buffet style lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Please note: Our training room is regularly used for production of non-gluten free products and would not be suitable for anyone with a high level of gluten intolerance.
