We believe everyone should be able to enjoy delicious artisan baking. That’s why we asked expert pastry chefs and tutors Graham and Rose Dunton to create a selection of gluten-free recipes, perfect for sharing with family and friends.
Offering a twist on traditional favourites, each recipe uses artisan baking techniques to produce gluten-free treats that don’t compromise on flavour. Graham and Rose will share the knowledge and skills gained producing patisserie for some of the world’s finest hotels and restaurants, as you make and bake dishes including:
Everything you make will be available for you to take home and enjoy. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day, as well as a buffet style lunch. All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
Please note: Our training room is regularly used to produce food containing gluten and is therefore unsuitable for anyone with a high level of gluten intolerance.
