Discover long-forgotten cookery techniques and learn the fascinating history of this great British food with Ivan's expert guidance.
Ivan will share his decades of research, bring along treasures from his vast collection of antiquarian cookery books and culinary utensils, and help you create a selection of your own pies using recipes dating back hundreds of years; from such mysteries as Lumber Pie and Venison Pasty to spectacular raised Victorian ornamented pies.
This course includes refreshments and lunch.
