Italian Christmas - Traditional Savoury Dishes

An Italian Christmas with Valentina Harris - what could be more magical than an Italian inspired festive season?

Our much loved teacher, chef, author and TV presenter Valentina is all set to share her delicious recipes with you over this one-day course.

A range of authentic and delicious savoury dishes will be made during the day including:

  • Insalata di rinforzo (Cauliflower Christmas Salad)
  • Tortellini in brodo (Christmas tortellini)
  • Anatra col pien (Stuffed Venetian duck)
  • Timballo di natale (Christmas pasta timbale)

The delicious dishes made on the course will either be eaten at the School or taken home to enjoy.

Refreshments will be available on arrival and throughout the day as well as an informal buffet lunch. All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
