Junior Cooks

We invite budding young cooks, aged 11-16, to join us for a day of hands-on cooking with Cordon Bleu trained chef Justine Kanter.

This is a great way for youngsters to develop their love for food, build their confidence in the kitchen and gain new practical skills and recipes.

During the day, junior cooks will make:

  • Lasagne, including a bolognese and béchamel sauce
  • Mixed salad with homemade vinaigrette dressing
  • Chicken Thai green curry with Thai rice
  • Crudités with guacamole and herb mayonnaise
  • Apple crumble with custard

The products made on the day will be enjoyed at the School or available to take home.
