We invite budding young cooks, aged 11-16, to join us for a day of hands-on cooking with Cordon Bleu trained chef Justine Kanter.

This is a great way for youngsters to develop their love for food, build their confidence in the kitchen and gain new practical skills and recipes.

During the day, junior cooks will make:

  • Mushroom risotto
  • Chicken fajitas
  • Sausages, mashed potato and gravy
  • Tiramisu
  • Mini chocolate pots

The School of Artisan Food makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. Students are welcome to bring their own containers to transport their food home.
