Pastry chefs and tutors Graham and Rose Dunton have produced patisserie for some of the world's finest hotels and restaurants. They will share their expertise as they guide you through a day of making and baking a gluten free selection of British favourites.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of gluten free artisan cake baking and be given the opportunity to perfect your patisserie, make your own jam, customise fillings and toppings and turn your hand to decorative techniques. Afternoon tea will never be the same again, as you learn the skills required to create a selection of products which may include:

The School of Artisan Food is nestled in the heart of Sherwood Forest on The Welbeck Estate, Nottinghamshire, just a few minutes from the A1 and M1.
Everything you make on the day will be available for you to take home and enjoy. The School of Artisan Food makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. Students are encouraged to bring their own containers to transport their food home.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day, as well as a buffet style lunch prepared by our team of chefs. All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
